Ron Lissak
Ron Lissak founded Catapult Advisors in 2001 and advises CEOs and boards of technology companies on M&A and capital raising strategy, on both the buy-side and the sell-side. He built Catapult around a single conviction: that a founder selling a company deserves the senior banker in the room, not a deal team they have never met.
Before founding Catapult he was Managing Director and Head of the Private Equity Group at Banc of America Securities, and before that Co-Head of Montgomery Securities' international division, where he spent nine years helping public companies access capital from international institutions. He began his career at Salomon Brothers in New York and London.
He holds a BA in Philosophy from UC Berkeley and an MA in International Economics and International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS.
